MaTHEW BAUM

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Mathew is the Founder and President of Wolverine Management. Mathew has extensive hands on experience in the restaurant industry as he personally owned and operated over a dozen restaurants, bars and breweries. In addition to the industry knowledge, Mathew has always had an affinity for and excelled at business development and cost management, which he applies daily to the operations of Wolverine Management.

MATT FAUL

Chief OPERATING OFFICER

As the Chief Operating Officer and a partner within Wolverine Management, he plays a pivotal role in driving the group’s direction and operational excellence.  With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Matt has honed his skills in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.  His business acumen and commitment to excellence, have contributed to the growth and success of Wolverine Management’s diverse portfolio of concepts.  In addition to his role as COO, Matt is also a proud part-owner of several concepts within the restaurant group.  His hands-on approach has allowed him to cultivate practices that resonate with guests and drive profitability.  Matt’s leadership style is characterized by a focus on quality, consistency, and most important, the guest experience.


JENNA BAUM, ESQ.

VICE PRESIDENT

As Vice President and In House Counsel, Jenna Baum, brings over 12 years of experience to Wolverine Management, LLC. With a background in legal management for a large, full service real estate firm, Baum’s expertise in contracts, business management and legality, brings direction and legal inspiration to Wolverine Restaurant management.

As a graduate of The University of North Florida, where she was Captain of the Women’s Division I Volleyball team, Baum earned her bachelor’s degree before she later earned her Juris Doctorate at the Florida Costal School of Law in 2010. As a Fort Myers native, Baum loves spending time on the water, traveling, and most importantly spending time with her family.

Angela Baggett

Chief Financial Officer

Angela Baggett is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Wolverine Management, LLC. She comes with 25 years’ experience in the accounting field, with over 12 years directly working with multiple restaurants all throughout Florida. She has several computer certifications that enable her to perform her position with proficiency: Peachtree 12.0, QuickBooks (Certified in January 2009), Certified Microsoft Office, Timberline, DS2,and TValue. She is also a Notary Public of the State of Florida.

Originally from Greensboro, NC, she attended Western Guilford High School and graduated from Guilford Community College in August 1997. She moved to the Ft. Myers area in 2002. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

CARLOS POLIT

DISTRICT MANAGER

Carlos is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a District Manager for our Florida locations. He has been a part of the Wolverine Management family since 2019. With a rich background spanning 17 years, Carlos has honed his expertise in dining room, bar, and culinary operations. Alongside his extensive experience, Carlos is deeply passionate about leveraging technology to create and implement innovative systems that optimize restaurant operations. With a keen eye for efficiency and profitability, he collaborates closely with general managers to integrate cutting-edge solutions into their establishments. His dedication to the craft and commitment to excellence make him a valued leader in the industry.
